Inkadia Mods

Inkadia is a text-based roleplaying game designed primarily for animated characters. This means that characters from video games, television, movies, anime, web comics, and web phenomena can be accepted as long as the character can be counted as a cartoon or an animated character in some way.

Alternate universe and original characters are both allowed and welcomed! They simply need to count as an animated character in some way or form, which usually just means no live action icons or so on.

If you require any ink monster interactions in the city or the forest for whatever reason, simply drop the mods a PM and we'll work it out.

Do not be a jerk

The point of this game, and the point of basically any roleplaying game, is to have fun and have a good time. Therefore, being good-mannered to your fellow players should be a given.

Where am I?

You're in Inkadia! Inkadia is a wonderful, constantly changing city situated.... somewhere. With furutistic skyscrapers, suburban housings, industrial buildings, and even an expansive forest off to the side, this city can really only be called some kind of utopia. Everything you need to live in comfort is here, with no charge! So be happy, enjoy your stay.

Cool! Can I go home now?

Nope! The only way into this place is through the inkwell (heh, puns) in the center of the city, which acts as a sort of portal that lets all of you ungrateful citizens into our city. As far as exiting is concerned, let's just say you can't. There are no exits to be seen, even going back into the well will only lead to some very unfortunate drowning problems. The citizens can try whatever they want and search the place to their hearts content, they wont find anything. That's not to say that you can never leave under any circumstances. People do have a tendency to suddenly disappear though, although no one knows why.

So, who's running this joint?

That would be the Three Founders; The Mayor, The Architect, and The Chief of Police. Each of these mysterious beings had a hand in shaping the city into what it is now. They all have different business to do in the city, and a different way to govern it as well. They wont get in the way much though, but it's for the best that you don't get on their bad side. They could make your stay here very unenjoyable.

Where do I stay?

Wherever you want! Sleep in one of the empty houses around the center square. Camp out in the forest if that tickles your fancy. Of course, that holds the risk of you running into an ink monster or twelve, so it's probably safer if you stay in one of the buildings around the city.
